Overview – Alen Corporation (Formerly Alen Technologies) manufactures a variety of products designed to improve indoor air quality. Alen designs and creates air purifiers, portable air conditioners, mini-split air conditioners and dehumidifiers.

History – in August of 2005 Alen Technologies formerly changed its name to Alen Corporation to reflect its diversity and range of services to consumers.

Alen Products

Air Purifiers – Alen makes a variety of air purifiers that range in style and function. According to the Alen website, all of their air purifiers trap and remove dust mites, pollen, dander, mold, and many other allergens from the air. All of their models are designed for residential homes and smaller spaces such as living rooms and bedrooms and all feature High Efficiency Particle Absorbing filtration systems.

Alen air purifiers range in price and function. One of their top models (A375UV) features activated carbon for odor control as well as ultraviolet light to help sanitize the air by killing bacteria and viruses. Others can be mounted on the wall to save floor space. Alen offers replacement filters and replacement filter programs for all of their air purifiers.

Alen also makes odor-eliminating spray that helps remove everything from tobacco smoke to pet odors from carpet and upholstery.

Portable Air Conditioners – Alen features portable air conditioners that cool rooms without needing to install window units. These come in a variety of sizes depending on the size of the room and feature either continuous drainage options or water collection trays. These air conditioners also double as dehumidifiers.

Mini Split Air Conditioners – Alen offers an alternative to their portable air conditioners with the mini split air conditioners. These units are quieter than the traditional portable air conditioners. They are also smaller and can be mounted on the wall to save space.

Dehumidifiers – Alen offers different sizes of air dehumidifiers that can be set and programmed depending on the needs of the consumer. They range in collection size from 30 to 74 pints
